WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

Being new to chiropractic or to the clinic is very exciting and we are here to help every step of the way. Our new practice members are invited to make an initial appointment either by phone or email. We will confirm this for you and its as simple as that! Please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time so you can do the necessary forms and familiarise yourself with the practice space! If you have had any recent x-rays or images please feel free to bring them along.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

In Australia, Chiropractors are primary health practitioners! That means you can simply contact us and have an appointment without a referral. If you have a team care arrangement, we are happy to help, please let us know prior to your appointment.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

If you have private health insurance we can help you claim on the day as we provide all our patients with on the spot claiming with HICAPS. Please check with your provider for your personal level of cover.

WHAT DOES A CHIROPRACTOR DO?

Chiropractors diagnose, treat and prevent mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal (joints and muscles) system and the effects of these disorders on the function of general health. Chiropractors treat a range of musculoskeletal and biomechanical conditions, such as back pain, joint pain, neck pain and headache. The treatments in our practice aim to be comfortable and tailored to each individual patient. If you are not sure if we can help or want more information, please contact us!

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO DO?

Your practitioner will provide you with all the information pertaining to your care at your appointments. If there is anything else you need to do for example certain exercises, you will be advised as your progress so there will be no big surprises! We promise!
